Becca Lemire is an RMT, plus-size body positive yoga teacher, full moon womyn’s circle host and sound bath healer, with a home-based practice in Toronto’s High Park area. She works with everyone who feels called, but mostly treats women with chronic pain, fibromyalgia and nervous system issues. She is a triple water sign ~ cancer sun & rising, and scorpio moon, an empath and highly sensitive person who enjoys teaching annual yoga retreats in Costa Rica, spending time in nature, traveling, creating playlists, making art and swimming.

Yarro is a soulful singer/songwriter who believes in music’s power to heal. Born into an artistic family in, she was raised using creation as a powerful tool for communication. With ethereal vocals and authentic lyrics, Yarro is known as a captivating performer and passionate storyteller.

shn shn is an electronic experimental pop artist who blends lush vocals, meditative beats, and swelling pads, to craft cinematic-inspired music that transcends conventional boundaries. Creating from a space of curiosity, contemplation and care, they question the nature of existence in this bizarre, absurd and exciting world. shn shn has self-released 3 EPs: structura (2020), e.strange.d (2021) and Form(s) (2023). Through her work, she seeks to ignite movement and spark introspection, inviting listeners on a transformative journey of self-discovery and affirmation.

Hasheel is a curator and classically-trained performing artist. He has been training in North Indian music since the age of 5 under his father in Toronto. He excelled in both his Indian and Western training and started composing and writing his own music at the age of 13. Hasheel travelled to India to pursue his musical training and is currently a senior student of the legendary Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, the world’s most renowned bansuri player. He is one of the world’s only openly queer Indian Classical musicians, expressing his rich heritage and his identities all in one persona.

This ball promises to pay homage to the trailblazing rebels who paved the way for boldness and individuality in queer and trans communities. The Canadian Chapter of the Haus of Telfar invites you to Be Bold, Be Unique and Be Revolutionary as we invite everyone to bring out your inner creature of the night. Every category will be a generalization of the club kid aesthetic. Each category and subcategory will have a highlighted element in their effect.

Alter’s mission is to make hot and cold exposure a more approachable and consistent practice by creating an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and community-oriented and an experience that pays homage to this centuries-old modality.

BiG SiSSY is a drag artist, vocalist, and producer who makes pro-Black, pro-sex, beat-driven music. Mixing post-disco beat machines and electro-clash looped guitar riffs, SiSSY’s lyrics are drenched in dark humor and blunt honesty.

Known as the Glamour Demon of the Moh’kins’tsis drag scene; Jackal Morose is a versatile Queen who blends the world’s of cunty and scary in a flawless sexy fusion. A daughter of Kaos; Jackal brings their best to every and any performance.

Beardra Bidness is Toronto’s Little Bearded Non-Binary Bombshell. Her unique blend of style, dance and captivating spirit have set audiences on fire as a Church Street staple. As a seasoned queen, Beardra has been pushing the boundaries and celebrating her gender expression, sexuality and queerness on her own terms.

MOONBEAN is a queer, Toronto-based live electronic duo. Their music aims to inspire radical self-acceptance and expression with each performance. Through their punk DIY attitude, wild costumes, unapologetic booty shaking, and psychedelic visual projections they welcome listeners to drop their minds at the door and slip into bodies to move to the music together. Although their music is electronic, MOONBEAN plays an all-live hardware set which leaves room for improvisation and audience engagement. With flavours of synth-pop, techno, disco, and acid-house MOONBEAN’s music is innovative in the way that it tricks you into feeling something nostalgic but by the end of the show, you realize it is unlike anything you’ve heard before.

Known for her varied, vibrant and emotionally charged sets, Loxxe (AKA Laura) has become a notable addition to the Toronto DJ community. Not only through her DJing, but the inspiration she draws from retro gaming culture, can be heard in her productions and live sets as well.

The Prideful Sinners

Toronto’s best burlesque performers take to the Pride Toronto South Stage on Saturday June 29th from 7-8pm. “The Prideful Sinners” show is curated by award winning Burlesque Artist, Red Tongued Raven. Dazzling costumes, one-of-a-kind stunts, and incredible dancers will take your breath away during this special presentation for Pride Toronto.

Steers & Queers Tailgate Party

It’s Super Steer Sunday – let’s celebrate and tailgate. Throw some tofu on the BBQ and LaCroix in the cooler, Toronto’s cult Gay Ole Opry turns the South Stage into a queer tailgate party. Featuring drag, burlesque and line dancing with Spurs Toronto. DJ’s playing both kinds of music- country AND western. Come see where the yeehaw and the queer agenda meet. Dress code Country Couture, Boot Scootin’ Bougie.

Are you ready to get sleazy? Real ones start the weekend early and DO NOT STOP. So leave all inhibitions at the door and step into the most boisterous party of the weekend.
