Program Overview

Pride Toronto has developed a platform where our community can be their authentic selves, where allies can show their support, and where we demonstrate the true diversity of the great city of Toronto. Pride Toronto has been able to achieve this by working with Toronto’s diverse community members, community organizations, and local makers and businesses.

AFFILIATE 365 PROGRAM
The Affiliate Event Program was developed to establish meaningful partnerships with Toronto’s vibrant event programmers, specifically during June, the Pride month that spans from May to July.

*The Registration Form will be open from Friday, November 1, until Sunday, May 25, 2025, offering various benefits.
The “Affiliate 365 Program” was designed to establish meaningful partnerships with Toronto’s dynamic event organizers not only during June, Pride month, but also throughout the entire year (August to April), excluding events in May to July.

*The Registration Form will be open throughout the entire year, but submissions must be made at least two weeks before the event.

The Affiliate Event Program was developed to create meaningful partnerships with Torontoʼs vibrant event programmers. The program offers cross-promotional support towards external events and programming as well as to Pride Torontoʼs Festival programming.

The comprehensive benefits program has been designed to support, elevate, and showcase external affiliate events. Pride Toronto looks forward to confirming partnerships that deliver real value through cross-promotional benefits and exclusive marketing opportunities. Pride Toronto prioritizes creating authentic partnerships with our partners while ensuring our communities are safe, represented, and have a genuinely rewarding experience.

Affiliate Event

Objective

Festival Affiliate Program & Affiliate 365 Program are intended to diversify Pride programming to ensure opportunities for all community members are represented and provide increased accessibility across the GTA. It will help connect program participants with the resources needed to create safer environments and experiences for all 2SLGBTQI+ community members. The program will also help to create a master directory of local Pride related events and drive support to local venues, not-for-profit organizations, or small businesses.

Benefits Overview

Pride Toronto to Provide

  1. Permission to use the official Pride Toronto Affiliate Event logo to promote the approved event
  2. Permission to promote approved event(s) as an “Official Affiliate Event of Pride Toronto 2025”
  3. Event listing in the 2025 Pride Toronto Official Digital Pride Guide
  4. The participating event(s) will be listed as part of the Pride Toronto’s Pride Month Festival programming and marked as an affiliate event
  5. The event(s) listing will have the opportunity for website click-through accessing the event promotion website homepage or ticket purchase page (if applicable and provided before the deadline specified in the Terms and Conditions)
  6. Affiliate Event Partners may be provided discounted tickets as made available by Pride Toronto
  7. Pride Toronto will post a weekly round up of upcoming Affiliate Events on a date to be determined by Pride Toronto’s Marketing & Branding Manager. Post will be across Pride Toronto social media accounts (Facebook, X/Twitter, and Instagram)
  8. One (1) dedicated Pride Toronto Instagram story promoting Affiliate Event in days before event

Affiliate Event Partner to provide:

  1. The Affiliate Event organization or organizer will receive content for three (3) exclusive Pride Toronto Festival social media posts and commits to sharing a minimum of one (1) promotional post(s) across specified social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), to be posted in May and/or June
  2. Affiliate event registration fee according to below fee schedule
  3. Organizer or organization is committed to upholding the content submission timeline outlined below
